Preface
water-based screen adhesive it provides excellent adhesion, excellent temperature resistance. For PET, ABS, and other high surface energy plastic have excellent adhesion. Application:
Type of glue applied to the automotive, electronic instrumentation and industrial equipment of the membrane switch. Plastic and stainless steel panels.
Equipment:
Screen printing machine is recommended for these adhesives.
Other printed components:
Recommended for the purpose of Stainless Steel Wire 70-150. (Also can use polyester mesh)
The best film thickness (dry film) is a 35 - 70 micron. A thin adhesive coating will lead to lower bond strength. Thickness of the adhesive coating by controlling the emulsion thickness or rubber roller pressure to achieve.
Printing:
Ensure that the printing surface, there is no dirt, oil, grease and other pollutants.
Stir before using adhesives. Adding the right amount of glue to the wire-line, to ensure that the printing process in Adhesives quit in the wire-line. Because it can cause dry adhesive binder viscosity increase and lead to the printing of deterioration.
Each time the printing exhausted the excess adhesive should be discarded. Please do not go back to the tank.
Drying:
70 º C about 5 minutes
50 º C for about 15 minutes (when using # 100 stainless steel nets for the purpose)
Drying time depends on the thickness and coating and substrate. Drying process, the adhesive will become a transparent milky white. Apply to substrate surface when the adhesive is, this is a good direction to determine the dry method.
Application of the substrate surface:
Ensure that the printing surface, there is no dirt, oil, grease and other pollutants. Ensure that there is enough pressure to impose on the surface. In these cases, the use of the liner where the coating to ensure there will not be moved to the adhesive side.
