UV Offset Ink Data Specification

Indications:

1)      Apply to top grade out packages of PET, gold & silver board paper, paper, tin paper, spray foil paper, and sorts of substrate materials etc.

2)      Apply to cosmetics packages of PE, PP, PET, PS etc plastic flexible hoses, bottles etc.

3)  Apply to substrate material of PVC, PS, ABS etc.

Advantages:

1) Fast UV curing speed, excellent adherence, good flexibility, gloss, anti-tack and scrape resistance.

2) Good printable adaptability, brightly colored & luster, high chromaticity density, fineness and smooth, no misting.

3) Excellent chemical resistance, resist scrubbing most of organic solvent, alkali, acid oil. 

4) It’s be divided UJA series of fold resistance UV ink for transfer paper (Environmental protection paper) and UJB series of UV offset ink for non-transferred paper (Gold & Silver board paper).

Instructions:

1) Apply to the way of lithographic offset press (Water) and offset printing press (Waterless). And with UV curing equipment.

2) It may directly use. Also add professional reducer TMY series in order to increase viscosity and chromaticity. Or add professional viscosity reducer.

3) QN series products adjust to ink tack, it also coordinated with each other to adjust to color & tack in the UJA & UJ system.

4) Varnishing way, which through blanket screen roller and ink fountain. ink fountain varnish MD series to use as same as offset ink.

5) It may add professional reducer TMY series adjust to viscosity & gloss and add professional viscosity reducer adjust to ink tack.

6) Keep in the shady & cool place, avoid the high temperature and sunshine from penetrating directly during transportation, printing & storage. Store period is 6 months indoor.
