The printing effect characteristics:

Method of use:

Special UV 1 1-5%, add inking oil, can reduce the ink viscosity, increase the flow of ink.

2, reduce the color concentration can add UV withdrawal of dilute agent.

3, reduce the viscosity and drawing can be added below 5% UV adhesives.

4, the ink can be used in offset printing, also can be applied to the rotary printing.

Matters needing attention:

1, the plate: offset printing can be directly used for negative PS plate or UV ink Yang PS version map, if the use of ordinary of positive PS version, you must deal with roasted version. Resin letterpress printing use nylon resin letterpress.

2, rubber roller: it is recommended to use UV special cots or ordinary offset printing ink and UV ink dual-purpose roller. The best use of polyurethane resin UV special rubber roller.

3, the rubber blanket: ordinary offset printing ink, UV ink can be used with the blanket, recommend the use of the latter.

4, the ink storage environment temperature at 15-25 ℃, avoid direct sunlight.

5, UV ink composition despite low irritation, but try not to and skin contact, if the glue should immediately wash with soap and water.
